One a day is the ORO routine: 20 g protein and 2.5 g creatine. Train with two: on training days.
When should I eat ORO?
Whenever it suits you: before or after training, between meals, or on the go.
Why creatine in a bar?
Because daily creatine is easy to forget: we forgot ours all the time. In a bar you actually enjoy, it just happens. 2.5 g per bar, 5 g with two.
Is ORO vegan?
Yes, and palm oil free.
Is ORO gluten-free?
Yes. ORO is made with certified gluten-free oat flour.
