Shipping & Returns
Delivery
- Where: everywhere in Switzerland.
- How fast: 1–3 working days after dispatch, by Swiss Post. Your estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and in your cart.
- Cost: CHF 4.90 below CHF 30; free from CHF 30, i.e. from 12 bars. Subscriptions always ship free.
- Tracking: you receive an email when your order ships, with a Swiss Post tracking link for parcels.
Returns
- Unopened packs, 14 days: you can send back a complete, unopened pack within 14 days of receiving it. Email us first at to be completed with your order number. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the price paid for the pack (excluding shipping) within 10 days of receiving it.
- Opened products: apart from the taste guarantee, opened bars cannot be returned, for food hygiene reasons.
- Damaged parcel or wrong order: write to us within 7 days at to be completed with a photo; we resend or refund, at no cost to you.
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
Taste guarantee
Not won over by the taste? Tell us at to be completed within 30 days of your first delivery. We refund up to 30 bars from that order, at the price you paid, with nothing to send back.
- Valid on your first order, once per customer (same name, email or delivery address).
- For a subscription, the guarantee covers the first delivery only.
