Whenever it suits you: on the way to work, between lectures or meetings, as an afternoon treat, or before or after training.

Because daily creatine is easy to forget: we forgot ours all the time. In a bar you actually enjoy, it just happens. 2.5 g per bar, 5 g with two.

ORO contains creatine (2.5 g per bar) and is made for adults. There is not yet enough research on creatine during pregnancy and breastfeeding, so we recommend not eating ORO in these situations, and not giving it to children or teenagers under 18. If you have a medical condition or take medication, ask your doctor first.
